Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Matteo Viedes made the kick off and thus started the match. The audience was convinced that Matteo Viedes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Liberto Pedronera was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. Matteo Viedes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Liberto Pedronera having to interfere. After some careless play in the Carayaca defense, Rio Contera kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ofelio Novo. The Carayaca fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ofelio Novo should have stopped the shot. In the 35th minute Rio Contera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ofelio Novo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 37th minute, Enekoitz Santatis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 38th minute, Matteo Viedes fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Liberto Pedronera, passed just outside the right post. Vasco Siles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Ofelio Novo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carayaca's Ofelio Novo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rio Contera in the 42nd minute of play. 47 minutes into the match, Vasco Siles notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Carayaca's Ofelio Novo. Ofelio Novo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

Catauron's Liberto Pedronera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matteo Viedes in the 54th minute of play. Rio Contera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Ofelio Novo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 59th match minute, Carayaca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yaniusky Zarra to maneuver through the defense. In the 61st minute Vasco Siles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ofelio Novo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Carayaca booed when Catauron was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bazil Lerena didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 67th minute Vasco Siles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ofelio Novo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 67 minutes into the match, Vasco Siles had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ofelio Novo. Carayaca's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vasco Siles was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. After 77 minutes of play, Catauron's Rio Contera made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ofelio Novo was left in no man's land by his defense there! 82 minutes into the match, Carayaca's goalkeeper Ofelio Novo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rio Contera. Carayaca's Ofelio Novo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vasco Siles in the 83rd minute of play. In the 84th minute, Rio Contera ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ofelio Novo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. Rio Contera who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 98thth minute tested the skills of Ofelio Novo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Catauron eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
