When the match clock showed 10 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Xever Herreria sped through Icuisa FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Derwin Montesino. After 12 minutes, Siro Portochao mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Icuisa FC and the Lbs3 Ccs HxC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 13th match minute, Icuisa FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Siro Portochao to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xever Herreria in the 13th minute of play forced Icuisa FC's goalkeeper Derwin Montesino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Icuisa FC defense, Soter Cabezuela kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Derwin Montesino. The Icuisa FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Derwin Montesino should have stopped the shot. Soter Cabezuela fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Derwin Montesino having to interfere. In the 25th minute, Roi Loranca got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Xever Herreria managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lbs3 Ccs HxC's supporters rose to their feet, but Xever Herreria was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Derwin Montesino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Roi Loranca struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Derwin Montesino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lbs3 Ccs HxC. Derwin Montesino came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Lbs3 Ccs HxC's Xever Herreria. But to his dismay, Xever Herreria quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. After a defensive mix-up in Icuisa FC's zone, Soter Cabezuela stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Derwin Montesino came out of the goal and Soter Cabezuela tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Xever Herreria in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Derwin Montesino prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Soter Cabezuela struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Derwin Montesino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lbs3 Ccs HxC. The supporters of Icuisa FC booed when Lbs3 Ccs HxC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roi Loranca didn't get a good kick on the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Siro Portochao made a kick off. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 52nd minute of the game. One of Icuisa FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Lbs3 Ccs HxC:s goal. 57 minutes had been played when some careless play by Icuisa FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Modesto Conti was slow to take the kick. During this time Lbs3 Ccs HxC's players had a chance to rest. Modesto Conti made a great header on Lbs3 Ccs HxC's corner, it was just that Icuisa FC's Derwin Montesino managed to reach the ball for a save. Xever Herreria might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Derwin Montesino. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Xever Herreria ran back to his position shaking his head. Derwin Montesino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xever Herreria in the 68th minute of the match. After 73 played minutes Icuisa FC got a freekick which was hit by Cuartio Iracheta. 75 minutes into the match, Lbs3 Ccs HxC's Modesto Conti sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Derwin Montesino narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Xever Herreria in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Derwin Montesino saved Icuisa FC from getting behind. Xever Herreria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Xever Herreria recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Derwin Montesino stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Xever Herreria's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. Derwin Montesino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xever Herreria in the 98th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Lbs3 Ccs HxC fully deserved thier win.
