Aureliano Fontoria came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Portuguesa f.c's Santio Cañellas. But to his dismay, Santio Cañellas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Oro Blanch recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Santio Cañellas struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Aureliano Fontoria didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Portuguesa f.c. After a rather tough play, Brisas del Neveri's Roberto Sampayo got a free kick in the 17th minute. Oro Blanch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Santio Cañellas came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Portuguesa f.c fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Santio Cañellas couldn't finish the play. Aureliano Fontoria made an important save on a dangerous shot by Oro Blanch in the 27th minute. 30 minutes into the match, Brisas del Neveri's goalkeeper Aureliano Fontoria had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Oro Blanch. When Santio Cañellas came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Portuguesa f.c fans jumped to their feet. Oro Blanch fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aureliano Fontoria having to interfere. 44 minutes into the game, Oro Blanch cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Aureliano Fontoria was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Santio Cañellas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aureliano Fontoria having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Roberto Sampayo made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Brisas del Neveri's Roberto Sampayo got a free kick in the 55th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santio Cañellas in the 56th minute of play forced Brisas del Neveri's goalkeeper Aureliano Fontoria to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Santio Cañellas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aureliano Fontoria having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Portuguesa f.c's Firmo Boces got a free kick in the 71st minute. 74 minutes into the match, Brisas del Neveri's goal looked a bit too open when Firmo Boces came free, but Aureliano Fontoria reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
