An unexpected shot in the 85th minute by Eriz Izuzquiza got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Eriz Izuzquiza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Guillelme Pena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Amado Cornejo charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Amado Cornejo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 89th minute, Amado Cornejo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Nacional Tachira's Amado Cornejo got a free kick in the 90th minute. Guillelme Pena made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Irrintzi Olaondo sent off a good shot on target.
