The crowd rose to their feet as Caracas fc's Velasco Bacardi slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Seguinus Lezcano. That made the score 1-0 after 45 minutes of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Poz Oliva made a kick off. If Pedroso Varsana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. When the match clock showed 95 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Pedroso Varsana sped through Algarrobito's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Seguinus Lezcano. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Caracas fc fully deserved thier win.
