The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ronaldo Doral got in the 12th minute a good position and tried a long shot which to a great surprise passed a very astonished Cirilo Millan. This was a shot which ended in a score of 1-0. In the 22nd minute, Macuro FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Tono Pascual fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Arnaldo Canonega showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celipe Nogal in the 26th minute of the match. In the 30th minute, Juan Costeras ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cirilo Millan was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 35th minute, Erasmo Sesse hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Macuro FC's zone, Juan Costeras stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cirilo Millan came out of the goal and Juan Costeras tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gilesindo Tejada sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 46th minute, Tono Pascual got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Juan Costeras stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Macuro FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Erasmo Sesse in the 53rd minute. The corner led Macuro FC's Erasmo Sesse to fire away a dangerous shot which Arnaldo Canonega despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Tono Pascual hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. In the 60th match minute, Macuro FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erasmo Sesse to maneuver through the defense. Cirilo Millan was left in no man's land by his defense there! 79 minutes into the game, Macuro FC's Celipe Nogal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arnaldo Canonega made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. Juan Costeras fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cirilo Millan having to interfere. Arnaldo Canonega made an important save on a dangerous shot by Celipe Nogal in the 94th minute. 95 minutes into the game, Macuro FC's Celipe Nogal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arnaldo Canonega made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-3. Despite being the better team, Pepeganga Margarita failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
