Zeledon Maimo succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 36th playminute. Bermudo Abin kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Dalmu Borines could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Dantel Boix made a huge save. A collision led to Barquisimeto C.F getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Bermudo Abin hit a great ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hector Abendano stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 62 minutes of play, Kirkwood's Montrel Castroviejo made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dantel Boix was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dantel Boix showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dalmu Borines, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. After 77 minutes, Janpier Horna mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Barquisimeto C.F and the Kirkwood players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 77 played minutes Barquisimeto C.F got a freekick which was hit by Janpier Horna. In the 78th minute, Zeledon Maimo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kirkwood fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Samuel Varez kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. When Hipolito Ternero came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Kirkwood fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hipolito Ternero couldn't finish the play. In the 94th minute Montrel Castroviejo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dantel Boix saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Kirkwood had played much better football throughout.
