Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) After 3 minutes, Xicu Campelo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Balavaneda and the Avivamiento players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 3 played minutes Balavaneda got a freekick which was hit by Xicu Campelo. Astigar Aranzana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xzaiver Abancens in the 7th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Avivamiento's zone, Urti Butron stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Astigar Aranzana came out of the goal and Urti Butron tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 13th minute Urti Butron shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Astigar Aranzana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Urti Butron fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Astigar Aranzana having to interfere. Astigar Aranzana came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Balavaneda's Crescencio Trelles. But to his dismay, Crescencio Trelles quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 31st minute, Urti Butron left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Balavaneda fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. When Lazcano Gurendes came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Avivamiento fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lazcano Gurendes couldn't finish the play. Martxelin Elizondo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lazcano Gurendes went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind Avivamiento's goalkeeper Astigar Aranzana, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 48 minutes into the match, Avivamiento's goal looked a bit too open when Etxekopar Cantero came free, but Astigar Aranzana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Balavaneda were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Urti Butron sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Etxekopar Cantero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Etxekopar Cantero scored 1-3 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Astigar Aranzana, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, Avivamiento's Astigar Aranzana got control of the ball when Xicu Campelo tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Balavaneda's Crescencio Trelles slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Astigar Aranzana. That made the score 1-5 after 71 minutes of play. With his leg Astigar Aranzana managed to avoid a goal in the 75thth minute, when Balavaneda's Etxekopar Cantero fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Astigar Aranzana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Urti Butron, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Etxekopar Cantero struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Astigar Aranzana didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Balavaneda. With a little luck, Avivamiento's Astigar Aranzana got control of the ball when Etxekopar Cantero tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lazcano Gurendes hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Astigar Aranzana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Urti Butron, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute.
