Xabier Villalaud fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilabert Souto having to interfere. Bernabel Lando didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dabi Casado went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Huly Peon was the one to do the kick off. Xabier Villalaud might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gilabert Souto. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Xabier Villalaud ran back to his position shaking his head. If Ricardo Castaño had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Copaico's Xabier Villalaud got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bernabel Lando was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 75 minutes of play, Canoabito's Dabi Casado made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bernabel Lando was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Ricardo Castaño managed to get in a good position for a shot. Copaico's supporters rose to their feet, but Ricardo Castaño was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gilabert Souto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 91st match minute, Canoabito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lordi Posiga to maneuver through the defense. Canoabito's Gilabert Souto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Canoabito from getting a goal against them. Xabier Villalaud's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 97thth minute, Gilabert Souto skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal.
