The supporters of Beta FC booed when Manantiales was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claris Portas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Beta FC's Xicu Avellano was substituted for Severiano Borines. After a rather tough play, Manantiales's Leizarraga Urtarte got a free kick in the 21st minute. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Lizar Villares kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Frans Ilarraza managed to get in a good position for a shot. Beta FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Frans Ilarraza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Esquipula Cañas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sidro Guiu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erubiel Cuetos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 63rd minute, Frans Ilarraza ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Esquipula Cañas was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Cecilio Olloque scored 1-1 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sidro Guiu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Frans Ilarraza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Esquipula Cañas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Manantiales's Esquipula Cañas tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When the final whistle sounded Beta FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Manantiales.
