Lucas Somarribas made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Piarres Mazuelos sent off a good shot on target. Alvarez Monzonis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alvarez Monzonis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alvarez Monzonis might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lucas Somarribas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alvarez Monzonis ran back to his position shaking his head. 19 minutes into the match, INVICTUS's goalkeeper Lucas Somarribas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Piarres Mazuelos. 21 minutes into the match, Taratara FC's goal looked a bit too open when Leopoldo Garavilla came free, but Cordara Cortadelles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of INVICTUS booed when Taratara FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cugat Santoval didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Aquiles Diaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Alvarez Monzonis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Taratara FC's zone, Aquiles Diaz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cordara Cortadelles came out of the goal and Aquiles Diaz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lucas Somarribas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Piarres Mazuelos in the 31st minute of the match. Leopoldo Garavilla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cordara Cortadelles having to interfere. After having played for 40 minutes, Alvarez Monzonis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Taratara FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alvarez Monzonis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 46th minute, Leopoldo Garavilla left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The INVICTUS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The Taratara FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. INVICTUS were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alvarez Monzonis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The attack was good, but when Aquiles Diaz in the 60th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Aquiles Diaz in the 63rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Cordara Cortadelles, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Aquiles Diaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cordara Cortadelles having to interfere. Cordara Cortadelles took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leopoldo Garavilla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcelino Urtasabel hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Lucas Somarribas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Javier Bulnes in the 77th minute of play. Aquiles Diaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cordara Cortadelles having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Piarres Mazuelos during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 84 minutes into the match, INVICTUS's Aquiles Diaz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cordara Cortadelles narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Alvarez Monzonis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 90 played minutes INVICTUS got a freekick which was hit by Mero Venegas. Alvarez Monzonis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Lucas Somarribas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Turi Elgueta came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Taratara FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Turi Elgueta couldn't finish the play. 95 minutes into the match, INVICTUS's goal looked a bit too open when Alvarez Monzonis came free, but Lucas Somarribas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 96 minutes into the match, Taratara FC's Alvarez Monzonis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lucas Somarribas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. INVICTUS had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
