With a little luck, SC Internacional's Harkaitz Puente got control of the ball when Llorienzo Vime tried to sneak it across the goal line. Olayo Marentos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Harkaitz Puente tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot 44 in the game by Llorienzo Vime from a close distance when the talented Harkaitz Puente managed to make a qualified save. SC Internacional's players were relieved. After 46 minutes, Llorienzo Vime made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. SC Internacional's Harkaitz Puente tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
