Xalvador Trancoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Merexildo Ilarraz, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Gian-Carlo Esteve sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Through an outstanding action, after 24 minutes, Xalvador Trancoso successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Galactics FC's Hodei Villasuso got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Hodei Villasuso came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Galactics FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hodei Villasuso couldn't finish the play. 36 minutes into the match, Cardenalito Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Merexildo Ilarraz came free, but Xalvador Trancoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hodei Villasuso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Xalvador Trancoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Merexildo Ilarraz to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 67th match minute, Cardenalito Fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Melchazadec Oropeza to maneuver through the defense. Xalvador Trancoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hodei Villasuso in the 68th minute of the match. In the 70th minute Pedro Torroba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nevada Vidania saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Merexildo Ilarraz in the 72nd minute of play forced Cardenalito Fc's goalkeeper Xalvador Trancoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Merexildo Ilarraz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xalvador Trancoso having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hodei Villasuso in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Xalvador Trancoso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Pedro Torroba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nevada Vidania having to interfere. In the 93rd minute, Diegotxe Arevalo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cardenalito Fc's Gian-Carlo Esteve got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Hodei Villasuso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
