Unai Mendizabal hit a great ball. The supporters of Carabobita FC booed when Real Sabanetae F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Augusto Orol didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eguen Luzuriaga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Viator Comas having to interfere. Viator Comas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eguen Luzuriaga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Real Sabanetae F.C's goalkeeper Viator Comas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Urtungo Baca recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eguen Luzuriaga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Viator Comas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Urtungo Baca in the 39th minute of play forced Real Sabanetae F.C's goalkeeper Viator Comas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Eguen Luzuriaga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Brais Bonachea fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Real Sabanetae F.C's protests and gave Brais Bonachea a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Real Sabanetae F.C getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Brais Bonachea hit a great ball. In the 46th match minute, Real Sabanetae F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Brais Bonachea to maneuver through the defense. Real Sabanetae F.C's Viator Comas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Urtungo Baca in the 47th minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Socorro Munguira was the one to do the kick off. Viator Comas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Urtungo Baca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Urtungo Baca in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Viator Comas saved Real Sabanetae F.C from getting behind. With an all-out effort, Carabobita FC's Viator Comas threw himself towards the right post 67 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Urtungo Baca, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. If Eguen Luzuriaga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Real Sabanetae F.C's Viator Comas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Urtungo Baca in the 72nd minute of play. A hard shot 75 in the game by Eguen Luzuriaga from a close distance when the talented Viator Comas managed to make a qualified save. Real Sabanetae F.C's players were relieved. With a little luck, Real Sabanetae F.C's Viator Comas got control of the ball when Eguen Luzuriaga tried to sneak it across the goal line. Viator Comas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Urtungo Baca in the 78th minute of the match. 81 minutes into the match, Carabobita FC's Urtungo Baca sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Viator Comas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 88 minutes into the match, Real Sabanetae F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Urtungo Baca came free, but Viator Comas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eguen Luzuriaga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 91st minute, Isauro Sesmilo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Viator Comas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Urtungo Baca's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. In the 96th minute, Real Sabanetae F.C's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Eguen Luzuriaga fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Carabobita FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
