Spectators: 7451 (Terracing: 5626, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 100) Palaciero FC's Bermudo Obina started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Nestor Marques had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 6th minute Hector Correa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Epifanio Villa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bermudo Obina received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Epifanio Villa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Palaciero FC's goalkeeper Erramun Gatica, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Viveral FC's Nestor Marques got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 19 minutes, Inigo Alemparte mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Palaciero FC and the Viveral FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Palaciero FC's Inigo Alemparte got a free kick in the 19th minute. After 22 played minutes Viveral FC got a freekick which was hit by Precioso Baron. Nestor Marques received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Erramun Gatica tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Palaciero FC's Hector Correa got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luken Garay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Erramun Gatica showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nestor Marques in the 48th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Nestor Marques made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Palaciero FC's Wilfredo Alaejos got a free kick in the 51st minute. Epifanio Villa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bermudo Obina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bermudo Obina blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Epifanio Villa having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bermudo Obina in the 61st minute of play forced Viveral FC's goalkeeper Epifanio Villa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Epifanio Villa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bermudo Obina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ivon Orive took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Epifanio Villa. Epifanio Villa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 77 minutes into the match, Viveral FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bermudo Obina came free, but Epifanio Villa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hector Correa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Epifanio Villa having to interfere. In the 80th minute, Bermudo Obina fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Epifanio Villa, passed just outside the right post. 81 minutes into the match, Viveral FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bermudo Obina came free, but Epifanio Villa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nestor Marques during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 85th match minute, Viveral FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nestor Marques to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 92 minutes, Nestor Marques managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Viveral FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nestor Marques was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Palaciero FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
