Spectators: 7612 (Terracing: 5735, Seating: 1750, VIP seats: 127) With a little luck, Eresor Club's Melido Trejo got control of the ball when Abdelhani Laura Douibi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Melido Trejo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliu Iñiguez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Abdelhani Laura Douibi came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Barinitas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abdelhani Laura Douibi couldn't finish the play. Eresor Club's Melido Trejo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cedro Ibarra in the 13th minute of play. A hard shot 16 in the game by Abdelhani Laura Douibi from a close distance when the talented Melido Trejo managed to make a qualified save. Eresor Club's players were relieved. The supporters of Barinitas booed when Eresor Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joao Acebero didn't get a good kick on the ball. Melido Trejo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliu Iñiguez, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Eresor Club's Melido Trejo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gotzon Bulnes in the 20th minute of play. Melido Trejo came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Barinitas's Abdelhani Laura Douibi. But to his dismay, Abdelhani Laura Douibi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 32nd minute, Barinitas's Abdelhani Laura Douibi ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Melido Trejo. Melido Trejo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. After 41 minutes of play, Barinitas's Abdelhani Laura Douibi made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Melido Trejo was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Loi Burguete fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Barinitas's protests and gave Loi Burguete a yellow card for diving instead. After 43 played minutes Barinitas got a freekick which was hit by Loi Burguete. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abdelhani Laura Douibi got free with Melido Trejo in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Malcolm Påk to strike the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the game, Enol Colado was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Eresor Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Barinitas the free kick. In the 58th minute Gotzon Bulnes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melido Trejo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cedro Ibarra hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. In the 64th match minute, Barinitas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abdelhani Laura Douibi to maneuver through the defense. In the 65th minute, Abdelhani Laura Douibi made a precise shot to the right of Melido Trejo. Eresor Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. The supporters of Eresor Club booed when Barinitas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cedro Ibarra didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 72nd match minute, Eresor Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mons Vegsund to maneuver through the defense. Melido Trejo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Loi Burguete in the 75th minute of play. Abdelhani Laura Douibi took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Melido Trejo. Melido Trejo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. Abdelhani Laura Douibi struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Melido Trejo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barinitas. In the 81st minute Gotzon Bulnes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melido Trejo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Eresor Club defense, Abdelhani Laura Douibi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Melido Trejo. The Eresor Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Melido Trejo should have stopped the shot.
