But to his dismay, Blasi Holgado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Rameriz Marentos was a little too slow when Ieltxu Sorondo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 19th minute. The score was now 1-2. Ieltxu Sorondo had several of the Corubo FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 25 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-2 score and a disappointed Rameriz Marentos as he didn't even see the shot coming. Johans Voces struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Rameriz Marentos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for TIBURONSIN F.C. Rameriz Marentos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ieltxu Sorondo in the 33rd minute of the match. Johans Voces sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Corubo FC's Rameriz Marentos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ieltxu Sorondo in the 36th minute of play. After 46 minutes, Caracakingo Agriano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Corubo FC and the TIBURONSIN F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 45th minute, one of Corubo FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Corubo FC. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Blasi Holgado was the one to do the kick off. Corubo FC's Rameriz Marentos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ieltxu Sorondo in the 54th minute of play. Rameriz Marentos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Johans Voces, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rameriz Marentos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Johans Voces in the 60th minute of the match. In the 63rd minute, Ondino Vizcaya ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rameriz Marentos was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. In the 68thth minute of the game Ieltxu Sorondo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Corubo FC's Rameriz Marentos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 68th minute, Etxahun Caraduje hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 70 minutes into the match, Ieltxu Sorondo notched a goal, 5-2, to the right of Corubo FC's Rameriz Marentos. Rameriz Marentos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Ieltxu Sorondo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Johans Voces fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rameriz Marentos having to interfere. If Johans Voces had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Blasi Holgado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Fidensio Urtaza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. TIBURONSIN F.C fully deserved thier win.
