If Lartaun Munis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 17thth minute of the game Lartaun Munis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sanguijuela FC's Martxel Cantoral was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 18th minute Lartaun Munis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martxel Cantoral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Sanguijuela FC defense, Ernesto Acebo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Martxel Cantoral. The Sanguijuela FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Martxel Cantoral should have stopped the shot. When the match was over Coromoto FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Sanguijuela FC throughout the match.
