Spectators: 6837 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1837, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Quinton Casanoves started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabino Vizcaya in the 9th minute of play forced Rascamula FC's goalkeeper Joaquin Cosio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gabino Vizcaya scored 0-2 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Joaquin Cosio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Edgard Gante fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquin Cosio having to interfere. When Golofa's Gabino Vizcaya in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rascamula FC's goalie prevented a goal. Edgard Gante received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Joaquin Cosio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 30th minute, one of Golofa:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Golofa. 36 minutes into the game, Golofa's Edgard Gante nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Joaquin Cosio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. When Claudio Guitian fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Golofa's protests and gave Claudio Guitian a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Rascamula FC booed when Golofa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claudio Guitian didn't get a good kick on the ball. 41 minutes into the match, Rascamula FC's Quinton Casanoves sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zavior Motrico narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gabino Vizcaya took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joaquin Cosio. Joaquin Cosio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. If Edgard Gante had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Rascamula FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Golofa were winning 1-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gabino Vizcaya to make the kick off. Joaquin Cosio stood somewhat misplaced when Edgard Gante came free in front of goal and shot 1-5 to the left of him in the 52 minute. Joaquin Cosio was out of position in the 55 minute of play, and Edgard Gante capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Edgard Gante really showed his touch with that goal: 1-6. After 59 played minutes Golofa got a freekick which was hit by Esdras Cotan. In the 60th minute of the match Gentza Albo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Zavior Motrico skillfully saved the ball. In the 63rd minute Gabino Vizcaya shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Cosio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 65th minute Quinton Casanoves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zavior Motrico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arnoldo Humara blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Joaquin Cosio having to make a save. In the 73rd minute, Otoniel Argandona made a precise shot to the right of Joaquin Cosio. Rascamula FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-7. Joaquin Cosio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabino Vizcaya in the 78th minute of play. Edgard Gante struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Joaquin Cosio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Golofa. 83 minutes into the match, Edgard Gante notched a goal, 1-8, to the right of Rascamula FC's Joaquin Cosio. Joaquin Cosio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 89 played minutes Gabino Vizcaya rounded Rascamula FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-9.
