Hilario Marcha was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Roldan Mendiola charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Roldan Mendiola the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Chivacure booed when Escurra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roldan Mendiola didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Escurra's Roldan Mendiola got a free kick in the 21st minute. The audience was convinced that Noe Belmonte's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Padro Carneiro was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. After 31 played minutes Chivacure got a freekick which was hit by Cucao Tartales. An unexpectedly hard shot by Noe Belmonte in the 36th minute of play forced Chivacure's goalkeeper Padro Carneiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fidel Beyso hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Tiago Ranero managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chivacure's supporters rose to their feet, but Tiago Ranero was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hilario Marcha breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Sandalio Yzaguirre managed to get in a good position for a shot. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sandalio Yzaguirre to strike the kick off in the second half. Hilario Marcha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sandalio Yzaguirre in the 52nd minute of the match. After some careless play in the Chivacure defense, Noe Belmonte kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Padro Carneiro. The Chivacure fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Padro Carneiro should have stopped the shot. 64 minutes into the match, Chivacure's goal looked a bit too open when Noe Belmonte came free, but Padro Carneiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Escurra were awarded a corner in the 66th minute after Chivacure's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Constancio Arostegui took the corner. Lizardi Blea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Padro Carneiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chivacure's Padro Carneiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Noe Belmonte in the 70th minute of play. 72 minutes into the match, Escurra's goalkeeper Hilario Marcha had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tiago Ranero. Tiago Ranero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Noe Belmonte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Padro Carneiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Padro Carneiro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lizardi Blea went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Noe Belmonte recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 89 minutes, Noe Belmonte managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Escurra's supporters crossed their fingers, but Noe Belmonte was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Escurra booed when Chivacure was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cucao Tartales didn't get a good kick on the ball. 2-2 became the score in the 95th minute when Sandalio Yzaguirre elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
