With 17 minutes on the clock, Angelo Boldu commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 16th minute of the game. One of El Tanque Bolivariano:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Tabay FC:s goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gorosti Escajedo in the 20th minute of play forced El Tanque Bolivariano's goalkeeper Venerando Torrado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chorche Costoya sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Tabay FC booed when El Tanque Bolivariano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fidele Estarrona didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tabay FC's Macias Artechevezuen pulled a muscle in his leg after 34 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Chorche Costoya made a kick off. Zenon Pescatori scored 2-0 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benet Gurruchaga, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Jago Alzaga put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Benet Gurruchaga. Venerando Torrado made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Chorche Costoya sent off a good shot on target. Tabay FC's Chorche Costoya got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Zenon Pescatori scored 4-0 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benet Gurruchaga, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 80thth minute of the game Jago Alzaga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tabay FC's Benet Gurruchaga was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gorosti Escajedo's late challenge caught a El Tanque Bolivariano's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gorosti Escajedo helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Tabay FC getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Gorosti Escajedo hit a great ball. El Tanque Bolivariano's Macario Acebo got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 84 minutes of play Tabay FC's Gorosti Escajedo was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 85th minute, Gorosti Escajedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Munio Aguado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Venerando Torrado having to interfere. Humberto Landazuri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Venerando Torrado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Munio Aguado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Chorche Costoya received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Venerando Torrado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Tabay FC getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Guillerme Revillas hit a great ball. After 97 minutes Tabay FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Distiratsu Trevijano who took care of the corner kick. The corner led El Tanque Bolivariano's Distiratsu Trevijano to fire away a dangerous shot which Benet Gurruchaga despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball.
