The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Eduardo Aniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Garrote, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Marco Garrote managed to get in a good position for a shot. Caracas.F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Marco Garrote was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eduardo Aniel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Marco Garrote succeeded in the game's 15th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-0. Haritzeder Ilarza didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Flavio Andaltia went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the Caracas.F.C. defense, Flavio Andaltia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Haritzeder Ilarza. The Caracas.F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Haritzeder Ilarza should have stopped the shot. Eduardo Aniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marco Garrote, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Haritzeder Ilarza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Heriberto Ahumada in the 34th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Caracas.F.C.'s Zayvion Barriola got a free kick in the 35th minute. Caracas.F.C.'s Sagrario Urtueta was substituted for Josu Silio. Flavio Andaltia hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nisio Guio during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Flavio Andaltia stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes in the game, Nisio Guio fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Haritzeder Ilarza having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sagrario Urtueta in the 56th minute of play forced Tupe's goalkeeper Eduardo Aniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Haritzeder Ilarza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Flavio Andaltia, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Alfonso Orejas kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Tupe's Flavio Andaltia got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sindo Sirguero in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eduardo Aniel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 63rd minute Frantzes Morea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Haritzeder Ilarza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Caracas.F.C.'s Zayvion Barriola got a free kick in the 64th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frantzes Morea in the 67th minute of play forced Caracas.F.C.'s goalkeeper Haritzeder Ilarza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 72 minutes into the match, Etxekopar Escolar dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Haritzeder Ilarza, 3-3. 77 minutes into the game, one of Tupe:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Tupe:s Eduardo Aniel showed great skill when he stopped Tallia Puredo:s penalty. Tallia Puredo took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eduardo Aniel. Eduardo Aniel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-3. In the 83rd minute, Etxekopar Escolar reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Haritzeder Ilarza. The goal made the score 4-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frantzes Morea in the 92nd minute of play forced Caracas.F.C.'s goalkeeper Haritzeder Ilarza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Janpier Guedella kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Sindo Sirguero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Eduardo Aniel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
