Jerrold Casquete stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Teodoro Alvadalejo's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. After 69 played minutes Akos FC got a freekick which was hit by Gustavo Montalvo. Akos FC's Christiano Laje was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Anselmo Mauriz in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Tristan Bilbao scored 1-3 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Anselmo Mauriz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Akos FC's Gustavo Montalvo got a free kick in the 91st minute. 93 minutes into the match, Akos FC's Tristan Bilbao sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Anselmo Mauriz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Vinotinto F.C's Anselmo Mauriz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emesto Goma in the 94th minute of play. After some careless play in the Akos FC defense, Rosalio Rendain kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jerrold Casquete. The Akos FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jerrold Casquete should have stopped the shot. The Akos FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Akos FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
