If Joachim Rilo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Mateo Tumiraos fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Barebare's protests and gave Mateo Tumiraos a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Mucunutan FC booed when Barebare was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mateo Tumiraos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gumaro Riart took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Uriel Sabon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Barebare's Cristos Ciencabrero got control of the ball when Xaime Borroel tried to sneak it across the goal line. 45 minutes into the game, Estevez Riguera was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Barebare's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mucunutan FC the free kick. In the 45th minute, Estevez Riguera hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Gumaro Riart showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Estevez Riguera in the 51st minute of the match. In the 59th play minute Zarando Santibañez came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Gumaro Riart. 0-1. Cristos Ciencabrero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sandalio Gonzales, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 65th minute, Sandalio Gonzales got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 70 played minutes Mucunutan FC got a freekick which was hit by Sandalio Gonzales. In the 74thth minute of the game Sandalio Gonzales who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Barebare's Cristos Ciencabrero was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gumaro Riart made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Uriel Sabon in the 78th minute of play. 80 minutes into the game, Eguerdi Urquiola threw the ball into play from the sideline. Mucunutan FC's Zacarias Torralba quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 80thth minute of the game Sandalio Gonzales who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Barebare's Cristos Ciencabrero was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 83 played minutes Mucunutan FC got a freekick which was hit by Joachim Rilo. Gumaro Riart made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eguerdi Urquiola in the 85th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sandalio Gonzales in the 92nd minute of play forced Barebare's goalkeeper Cristos Ciencabrero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 93 minutes, Sandalio Gonzales managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mucunutan FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sandalio Gonzales was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Mucunutan FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Barebare's performance. The match ended with a win for Barebare.
