Chinto Samano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Anselmito FC. Chinto Samano was out of position in the 5 minute of play, and Bartolome Teresa capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Bartolome Teresa really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. In the 10th match minute, Anselmito FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olentzaro Arcos to maneuver through the defense. Guipuzkoa Virto had several of the Maracaibo City FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 14 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Chinto Samano as he didn't even see the shot coming. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leonel Moreruela in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Chinto Samano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Anselmito FC's Guipuzkoa Virto got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Anselmito FC getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Blanco Rendain hit a great ball. 23 minutes into the game, Zuriko Diaz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Maracaibo City FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Anselmito FC the free kick. After 24 played minutes Maracaibo City FC got a freekick which was hit by Zuriko Diaz. Chinto Samano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Guipuzkoa Virto in the 25th minute. In the 27th match minute, Maracaibo City FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zuriko Diaz to maneuver through the defense. When Guipuzkoa Virto came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Anselmito FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guipuzkoa Virto couldn't finish the play. In the 32nd minute, Anselmito FC's Leonel Moreruela ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Chinto Samano. Chinto Samano yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. Leonel Moreruela fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chinto Samano having to interfere. Guipuzkoa Virto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Chinto Samano made a huge save. 40 minutes into the match, Leonel Moreruela dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Chinto Samano, 5-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ugutz Lueje was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Guipuzkoa Virto left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Anselmito FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. Chinto Samano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kemen Lagrana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Chinto Samano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Guipuzkoa Virto went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guipuzkoa Virto in the 62nd minute of play forced Maracaibo City FC's goalkeeper Chinto Samano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chinto Samano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kemen Lagrana's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Maracaibo City FC's zone, Leonel Moreruela stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Chinto Samano came out of the goal and Leonel Moreruela tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Chinto Samano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guipuzkoa Virto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Anselmito FC's Tancredo Tascon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Anselmito FC from getting a goal against them. Chinto Samano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guipuzkoa Virto in the 70th minute of play. When Anselmito FC's Leonel Moreruela in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Maracaibo City FC's goalie prevented a goal. Maracaibo City FC's Chinto Samano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelino Piñeiro in the 77th minute of play. In the 79th match minute, Anselmito FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guipuzkoa Virto to maneuver through the defense. In the 80th match minute, Maracaibo City FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zuriko Diaz to maneuver through the defense. Bartolome Teresa scored 9-0 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Chinto Samano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 85 minutes into the match, Marcelino Piñeiro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Chinto Samano. Maracaibo City FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marcelino Piñeiro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 10-0. In the 89th minute, Guipuzkoa Virto made a precise shot to the right of Chinto Samano. Maracaibo City FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 11-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Anselmito FC fully deserved thier win.
