Leonel Moreruela scored 2-0 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sugoi Bozo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bartolome Teresa struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Sugoi Bozo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Anselmito FC. In the 29th match minute, Anselmito FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Blanco Rendain to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Guipuzkoa Virto got free with Sugoi Bozo in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 38 played minutes Maracaibo Oeste F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Basilio Quintanadueñas. In the 39th minute of the match, Guipuzkoa Virto got a very nice opportunity to score, but Sugoi Bozo was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Guipuzkoa Virto in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sugoi Bozo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 75thth minute of the game Ferrando Larrimbe who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Maracaibo Oeste F.C.'s Sugoi Bozo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Marcelino Piñeiro hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Maracaibo Oeste F.C.'s zone, Leonel Moreruela stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anselmito FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
