The audience was convinced that Leonel Moreruela's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but César Soto was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. Anselmito FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Kemen Lagrana was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Deportivo Valencia F.C's César Soto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guipuzkoa Virto in the 76th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonel Moreruela in the 79th minute of play forced Deportivo Valencia F.C's goalkeeper César Soto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Guipuzkoa Virto in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck César Soto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Deportivo Valencia F.C's César Soto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guipuzkoa Virto in the 93rd minute of play. César Soto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonel Moreruela, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Deportivo Valencia F.C's zone, Blanco Rendain stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. César Soto came out of the goal and Blanco Rendain tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. There was no doubt that Anselmito FC were the better team. Anselmito FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
