The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Las Acacias FC getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Melchor Obies hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Las Acacias FC's zone, Orain Sobejano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gorka Ballugera came out of the goal and Orain Sobejano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 9th minute, Domeka Folle left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rayos Veloces FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Amato Ilarraz got free with Gorka Ballugera in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gorka Ballugera was a little too slow when Domeka Folle got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 15th minute. The score was now 2-0. Las Acacias FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Clodoveo Bueldi 17 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-0. Gorka Ballugera had great luck who in the 20thth minute grab hold of the ball when Domeka Folle from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. 21 minutes had been played when some careless play by Las Acacias FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Orain Sobejano was slow to take the kick. During this time Rayos Veloces FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Orain Sobejano almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Las Acacias FC's Gorka Ballugera did a great save. Gorka Ballugera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francis Poblaciones, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 24 minutes into the game, Domeka Folle recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gorka Ballugera. Domeka Folle showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. Rafael Pinedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gorka Ballugera having to interfere. After 30 minutes of play, Rayos Veloces FC's Xerardo Batalle made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gorka Ballugera was left in no man's land by his defense there! 33 minutes into the match, Las Acacias FC's goalkeeper Gorka Ballugera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Domeka Folle. In the 38th minute, Domeka Folle ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gorka Ballugera was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. In the 41st minute, Rayos Veloces FC's Clodoveo Bueldi ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gorka Ballugera. Gorka Ballugera yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 7-0. Gorka Ballugera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rafael Pinedo in the 44th minute. Berart Roson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Che Ruifrancos in the 45th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 8-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

58 minutes into the match, Las Acacias FC's goal looked a bit too open when Domeka Folle came free, but Gorka Ballugera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benvide Odoardo's late challenge caught a Rayos Veloces FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Benvide Odoardo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 93rd match minute, Las Acacias FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benvide Odoardo to maneuver through the defense. In the 94th minute, Rafael Pinedo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gorka Ballugera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafael Pinedo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Asur Santisso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee ended the match the Rayos Veloces FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
