The tension between the Petrol Latinoamérica and the Valencianos players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Valencianos booed when Petrol Latinoamérica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicolas Parra didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 13 minutes, Calisto Uruñuela made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Valencianos's Vitor Abuleta tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.
