In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Almirante Brion's goalkeeper Gao Wei Jing, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Chago Calero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Gao Wei Jing tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gao Wei Jing showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gomez Sarra in the 7th minute of the match. Nastasio Fontanez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ponce Viera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Caetano Espejo's late challenge caught a Almirante Brion's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Caetano Espejo helped the player get up and apologised. Javiar Ufret's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 16thth minute, Nastasio Fontanez skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Felix Bermudez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Nastasio Fontanez made a huge save. After 18 played minutes Universidad Caracas got a freekick which was hit by Xorxe Escola. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernebe Ledesma in the 22nd minute of play forced Universidad Caracas's goalkeeper Nastasio Fontanez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 23 minutes into the match, Universidad Caracas's goal looked a bit too open when Ponce Viera came free, but Nastasio Fontanez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bernebe Ledesma fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nastasio Fontanez having to interfere. 34 minutes into the game, Ponce Viera recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Nastasio Fontanez. Ponce Viera showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 38 minutes into the match, Universidad Caracas's goal looked a bit too open when Sein Sejomill came free, but Nastasio Fontanez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nastasio Fontanez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ponce Viera in the 40th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernebe Ledesma in the 44th minute of play forced Universidad Caracas's goalkeeper Nastasio Fontanez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Gomez Sarra made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Bernebe Ledesma notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Universidad Caracas's Nastasio Fontanez. Nastasio Fontanez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 56 minutes into the match, Universidad Caracas's goal looked a bit too open when Bernebe Ledesma came free, but Nastasio Fontanez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Almirante Brion fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. In the 69th minute, Bernebe Ledesma ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nastasio Fontanez was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. 76 minutes into the match, Bernebe Ledesma had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nastasio Fontanez. Universidad Caracas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bernebe Ledesma was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Gao Wei Jing made an important save on a dangerous shot by Xorxe Escola in the 81st minute. The referee felt a red card was in order, 82 minutes into the game, when Leoncio Polo put in a rough tackle. Leoncio Polo kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Almirante Brion's zone, Xorxe Escola stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gao Wei Jing came out of the goal and Xorxe Escola tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eguntsenti Moral lost his temper 87 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 90th minute, Bernebe Ledesma left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Almirante Brion fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Nastasio Fontanez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sein Sejomill in the 94th minute of play. 95 minutes into the game, Almirante Brion's Bernebe Ledesma nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nastasio Fontanez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Almirante Brion walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
