Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Roncadores's Paulo Fierro started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Bruno Hernaiz kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. In the 6th minute Benicio Cabrera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mikeldi Pulido saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Arnalt Recio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Roncadores's supporters rose to their feet, but Arnalt Recio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sixto Viñambre breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 12 minutes into the match, Atlético Yare's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Fierro came free, but Sixto Viñambre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sixto Viñambre was a little too slow when Paulo Fierro got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 19th minute. The score was now 1-0. Roncadores's Mikeldi Pulido played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benicio Cabrera in the 27th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Fierro in the 30th minute of play forced Atlético Yare's goalkeeper Sixto Viñambre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bruno Hernaiz hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Atlético Yare's Sixto Viñambre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Fierro in the 42nd minute of play. 46 minutes into the match, Benicio Cabrera had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mikeldi Pulido. Roncadores's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Benicio Cabrera was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Benicio Cabrera to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Roncadores's zone, Xines Larrea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mikeldi Pulido came out of the goal and Xines Larrea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Bruno Hernaiz was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 53 minutes had been played. The supporters of Atlético Yare booed when Roncadores was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bruno Hernaiz didn't get a good kick on the ball. 55 minutes into the game, Atlético Yare's Xines Larrea nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mikeldi Pulido made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. The supporters of Roncadores booed when Atlético Yare was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ovidio Arraña didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 83 played minutes Atlético Yare got a freekick which was hit by Erdiano Gamboa. 87 minutes in the game, Benicio Cabrera fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Mikeldi Pulido having to interfere. When Roncadores's Arnalt Recio in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
