Hodei Gondorillas scored 1-1 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hondo Toledano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Chichiriviche Deportivo getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Nazario Dragana hit a great ball. Vargas Fc's Zarbonin Rioseco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Vargas Fc from getting a goal against them. Lore Vede's late challenge caught a Chichiriviche Deportivo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lore Vede helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Vargas Fc getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Lore Vede hit a great ball. Hondo Toledano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hodei Gondorillas in the 27th minute of play. Ermano Echeverria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aldomiro Bautista got free with Zarbonin Rioseco in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hodei Gondorillas kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Zarbonin Rioseco made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Aldomiro Bautista sent off a good shot on target. Hondo Toledano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristóvão Medeiros in the 37th minute of the match. 43 minutes into the match, Vargas Fc's goalkeeper Zarbonin Rioseco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aldomiro Bautista. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Santi Rossello managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vargas Fc's supporters rose to their feet, but Santi Rossello was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hondo Toledano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Santi Rossello was the one to do the kick off. In the 57th minute, Aldomiro Bautista ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zarbonin Rioseco was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Zarbonin Rioseco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aldomiro Bautista, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 77 minutes into the game, Aldomiro Bautista cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Zarbonin Rioseco was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With his leg Hondo Toledano managed to avoid a goal in the 88thth minute, when Vargas Fc's Santi Rossello fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 91 minutes into the game, Chichiriviche Deportivo's Aldomiro Bautista nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zarbonin Rioseco made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-3. For all the effort they put into the match, the Vargas Fc players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Chichiriviche Deportivo.
