Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Eugenio Meca started the match with the kick off. The audience was convinced that Aldomiro Bautista's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emenon Haza was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. Aldomiro Bautista fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emenon Haza having to interfere. After 14 minutes, Nuno Lomeli mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chichiriviche Deportivo and the Cambullon players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Chichiriviche Deportivo's Nuno Lomeli got a free kick in the 14th minute. 15 minutes into the match, Oton Polo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Hondo Toledano, 1-0. Emenon Haza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roldan Velastegui, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. 21 minutes into the match, Chichiriviche Deportivo's Ermano Echeverria sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Emenon Haza narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 23rd minute Eugenio Meca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hondo Toledano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Cambullon's Gelmiro Santamaria got a free kick in the 25th minute. In the 26th minute of the match Izotz Sarmiento shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Emenon Haza showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pirmin Curbelo during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 28th match minute, Chichiriviche Deportivo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hartz Martioda to maneuver through the defense. After 35 minutes, Eugenio Meca made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Chichiriviche Deportivo's Hondo Toledano tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Hondo Toledano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eugenio Meca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eugenio Meca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hondo Toledano having to interfere. When Oriche Crujeiras fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cambullon's protests and gave Oriche Crujeiras a yellow card for diving instead. 45 minutes into the game, one of Cambullon:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Chichiriviche Deportivo a penalty, 47 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Izotz Sarmiento, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Cambullon's Emenon Haza. 2-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aldomiro Bautista to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 56th match minute, Cambullon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eugenio Meca to maneuver through the defense. Aldomiro Bautista fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emenon Haza having to interfere. In the 58th minute Ermano Echeverria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emenon Haza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Cambullon's zone, Ermano Echeverria stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emenon Haza came out of the goal and Ermano Echeverria tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Cambullon's Emenon Haza got control of the ball when Aldomiro Bautista tried to sneak it across the goal line. Emenon Haza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ermano Echeverria in the 78th minute of play. Emenon Haza made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aldomiro Bautista in the 79th minute. Chichiriviche Deportivo's Aldomiro Bautista pulled a muscle in his leg after 80 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 81 minutes, Ekain Guerrico mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cambullon and the Chichiriviche Deportivo players grew even worse after the yellow card. Chichiriviche Deportivo's Xayvion Carabajal was substituted for Aldomiro Bautista. After a rather tough play, Cambullon's Ekain Guerrico got a free kick in the 82nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Xayvion Carabajal got free with Emenon Haza in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The goalkeeper, Emenon Haza, was totally fooled by Chichiriviche Deportivo's Izotz Sarmiento, who 89 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Pere Binet charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pere Binet the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Chichiriviche Deportivo's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Cambullon had won, even though Chichiriviche Deportivo had held more of the ball.
