The score was now 1-0. Salvador Tabliega sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Oscar Viciola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Salvador Tabliega in the 17th minute of the match. In the 19th minute, Haritz Mañe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 23 minutes into the match, Edgard Garaizabal notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Deportivo Tachira's Isaio Silio. Isaio Silio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Edgard Garaizabal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Isaio Silio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Haritz Mañe hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Xosepe Juarrero's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Oscar Viciola read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, Salvador Tabliega had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Oscar Viciola. Central Madeirense FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Salvador Tabliega was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. The supporters of Central Madeirense FC booed when Deportivo Tachira was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bonifacio Ludueña didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 40 minutes, Bonifacio Ludueña mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Deportivo Tachira and the Central Madeirense FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Deportivo Tachira getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Bonifacio Ludueña hit a great ball. If Jimeno Tuñon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Salvador Tabliega who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 46thth minute tested the skills of Oscar Viciola when he managed to save the team from getting behind. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Indartsu Velandia made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Deportivo Tachira's Salvador Tabliega nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Oscar Viciola made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. Isaio Silio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgard Garaizabal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jimeno Tuñon's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Isaio Silio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. Oihenarte Tomas struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Oscar Viciola didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Deportivo Tachira. The referee gave Deportivo Tachira a penalty, 62 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Xosepe Juarrero, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Central Madeirense FC's Oscar Viciola. 5-1. After a rather tough play, Central Madeirense FC's Edgard Garaizabal got a free kick in the 67th minute. Edgard Garaizabal kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. 72 minutes into the match, Central Madeirense FC's goal looked a bit too open when Salvador Tabliega came free, but Oscar Viciola reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Urbes Beitia came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Deportivo Tachira fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Urbes Beitia couldn't finish the play. Salvador Tabliega scored 6-1 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Oscar Viciola, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Salvador Tabliega in the 82nd minute of play forced Central Madeirense FC's goalkeeper Oscar Viciola to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oscar Viciola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Salvador Tabliega in the 87th minute of the match. Isaio Silio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edgard Garaizabal in the 89th minute. The supporters of Deportivo Tachira booed when Central Madeirense FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jakes Ruy didn't get a good kick on the ball. Oscar Viciola came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Deportivo Tachira's Oihenarte Tomas. But to his dismay, Oihenarte Tomas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-1. Deportivo Tachira walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
