Galo Caroll was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd rose to their feet as Porfiro Idiaquez kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Cristo Souto. That made the score 1-1 in the 18 minute of play. Galo Caroll came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by CD Sirio Libanés's Jimeno Guinea. But to his dismay, Jimeno Guinea quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Cristo Souto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Porfiro Idiaquez, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Porfiro Idiaquez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Cristo Souto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When CD Sirio Libanés's Jimeno Guinea in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Zulia Caracas F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. Cristo Souto made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Cambranes Veraza sent off a good shot on target. 39 minutes into the match, Zulia Caracas F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Pirmin Mobilla came free, but Galo Caroll reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Galo Caroll made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dionisio Asegninolaza in the 41st minute of play. After 46 minutes of play, CD Sirio Libanés's Jimeno Guinea made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Galo Caroll was left in no man's land by his defense there! Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Zulia Caracas F.C.'s Galo Caroll proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Zulia Caracas F.C. from getting a goal against them. Zulia Caracas F.C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 63rd minute, when Dionisio Asegninolaza scored to the left of an out of position Galo Caroll, making the score, 1-4. Galo Caroll made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Bazil Albear sent off a good shot on target. After 70 minutes, Porfiro Idiaquez made it 2-4 with a short kick to the right side. CD Sirio Libanés's Cristo Souto tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 74th minute, Pirmin Mobilla made a precise shot to the right of Galo Caroll. Zulia Caracas F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-5. 80 minutes into the match, Zulia Caracas F.C.'s goalkeeper Galo Caroll had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pirmin Mobilla. Cristo Souto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cambranes Veraza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pirmin Mobilla got free with Galo Caroll in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the final whistle sounded CD Sirio Libanés left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Zulia Caracas F.C..
