The supporters of Culebreros Unidos booed when Zulia Caracas F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bero Guiu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 15 played minutes Culebreros Unidos got a freekick which was hit by Osoro Otero. Galo Caroll came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Culebreros Unidos's Brandon Gambin. But to his dismay, Brandon Gambin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Mohamed Ben Ahmed Mohammadnezadjaneh hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. In the 26th minute Brandon Gambin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Galo Caroll saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Galo Caroll was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Osoro Otero showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 32 minute of play. With an all-out effort, Culebreros Unidos's Galo Caroll threw himself towards the right post 47 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Antonio Olozagoitia, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Brandon Gambin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Reynardo Rubin showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Galo Caroll made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mohamed Ben Ahmed Mohammadnezadjaneh in the 53rd minute of play. Zulia Caracas F.C.'s Galo Caroll played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Osoro Otero in the 54th minute of play.
