Union Lara FC's Tome Usel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Walmir Moraes in the 31st minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, Union Lara FC's goal looked a bit too open when Walmir Moraes came free, but Tome Usel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tome Usel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Walmir Moraes in the 40th minute of the match. In the 40th minute, Admon Lavijo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Alfredo Guardia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

In the last second Tome Usel throw himself and got hold of the ball when Admon Lavijo in the 83rdth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Tome Usel had great luck who in the 83rdth minute grab hold of the ball when Admon Lavijo from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Tome Usel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Chuan Marrero's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. A collision led to Manducha Fc getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Valdir da Costa hit a great ball. In the 93rd minute Francis Salazar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristóvão Malheiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
