Spectators: 10850 (Terracing: 8139, Seating: 2495, VIP seats: 216) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Senon Malta got the match started through his kick off. 2 minutes into the match, Guaparo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Chorache Morellana came free, but Barto Reyes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 2 minutes into the game, Xspark Academy's Chorache Morellana nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Barto Reyes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Barto Reyes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chorache Morellana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emmanuel Bardel made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Senon Malta sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luis María Guadalupe got free with Emmanuel Bardel in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Barto Reyes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Castel Areces in the 12th minute of play. In the 13th match minute, Guaparo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Senon Malta to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Chorache Morellana in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Barto Reyes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 17th minute, Filipe Mello hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Filipe Mello kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Emmanuel Bardel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cássio de Alcântara in the 19th minute of play. In the 23rd minute, Chorache Morellana left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Xspark Academy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Valdo Santervas put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Barto Reyes. After 31 played minutes Guaparo FC got a freekick which was hit by Leandro Sustrai. Castel Areces scored 0-4 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Barto Reyes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Emmanuel Bardel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Senon Malta in the 35th minute of the match. 36 minutes into the game, Ur Higuera was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Guaparo FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Xspark Academy the free kick. In the 37th minute of the match Fidensio Rioz shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Barto Reyes showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Emmanuel Bardel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Senon Malta, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Barto Reyes came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Xspark Academy's Chorache Morellana. But to his dismay, Chorache Morellana quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Luis María Guadalupe kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Xspark Academy's Emmanuel Bardel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Xspark Academy from getting a goal against them. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Castel Areces stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 50th minute, Janusz Skoroda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Xspark Academy's Fidensio Rioz shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 51st minute of play. The shot was stopped by Barto Reyes but with some difficulty. In the 57th minute, Xspark Academy's Chorache Morellana ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Barto Reyes. Barto Reyes yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-6. In the 60thth minute of the game Ur Higuera who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Xspark Academy's Emmanuel Bardel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Valdo Santervas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Xspark Academy made a substitution. Henric Sandwall replaced Castel Areces. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Henric Sandwall managed to get in a good position for a shot. Xspark Academy's supporters rose to their feet, but Henric Sandwall was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Barto Reyes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 73 minutes into the match, Guaparo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Valdo Santervas came free, but Barto Reyes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emmanuel Bardel came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Guaparo FC's Casimiro Sayveon. But to his dismay, Casimiro Sayveon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-6. In the 86th minute, Guaparo FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Valdo Santervas fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 92nd minute Casimiro Sayveon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emmanuel Bardel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Valdo Santervas came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Xspark Academy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Valdo Santervas couldn't finish the play. Xspark Academy's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
