In the 47th minute, Ian Benoit hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sean Beltre to strike the kick off in the second half. Curtis Connelly made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gary Douglas in the 53rd minute of play. If Bryant Bliss had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Feather Sound AFC's Dario Forbes got a free kick in the 57th minute. After having played for 58 minutes, Sean Beltre managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Prattville's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sean Beltre was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 60th minute, Frankie Oliver made a precise shot to the right of Curtis Connelly. Prattville's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Curtis Connelly showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Spencer Jacobs, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. When the referee ended the match the Feather Sound AFC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
