When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Derick Carr made a kick off. After 51 played minutes Muskogee AFC got a freekick which was hit by Derick Carr. 53 minutes into the match, Spencer Jacobs had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kenny Sherman. Muskogee AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Spencer Jacobs was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Muskogee AFC's Kenny Sherman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Muskogee AFC from getting a goal against them. Feather Sound AFC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
