Spectators: 6697 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1697, VIP seats: 0) Colin Morris started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 4 minutes into the match, Tyrone's Eddie Mills sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Keith Clement narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Austin Friend recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Austin Friend in the 10th minute of play forced Tyrone's goalkeeper Nolan McHugh to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Tyrone booed when YEET FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hal Bradshaw didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 14th minute Austin Friend shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nolan McHugh saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 16th minute, Tyron Craven hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Norman Le Van was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 17th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 20 minutes, Keith Clement successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Warren Hemphill in the 22nd minute of play forced Tyrone's goalkeeper Nolan McHugh to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nolan McHugh showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Austin Friend in the 26th minute of the match. Nolan McHugh made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Austin Friend in the 31st minute of play. Nolan McHugh took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Austin Friend, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Warren Hemphill had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Deshawn Donnelly kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Hal Bradshaw was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 41st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. When Warren Hemphill came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the YEET FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Warren Hemphill couldn't finish the play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Austin Friend to make the kick off. After some careless play in the Tyrone defense, Warren Hemphill kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nolan McHugh. The Tyrone fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nolan McHugh should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Tyrone getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Deshawn Donnelly hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Tyrone's Emanuel Farley got a free kick in the 60th minute. Hal Bradshaw took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 60th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Nolan McHugh. Tyrone's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. A collision led to YEET FC getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Austin Friend hit a great ball. 78 minutes into the match, Tyrone's goal looked a bit too open when Emmitt Welsh came free, but Nolan McHugh reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Warren Hemphill managed to get in a good position for a shot. YEET FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Warren Hemphill was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nolan McHugh breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Austin Friend sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Warren Hemphill got free with Nolan McHugh in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Austin Friend had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. YEET FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
