Spectators: 6723 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 0) Cary Begay started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After a rather tough play, Penn Wynne AFC's Myles Castle got a free kick in the 6th minute. Myles Castle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 16th minute, Cary Begay got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cary Begay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wes Best having to interfere. 21 minutes into the match, West Milford's Patrick Waters sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wes Best narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dale King made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Myles Castle in the 25th minute of play. If Myles Castle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wes Best showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patrick Waters, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Dale King was out of position in the 36 minute of play, and Myles Castle capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Myles Castle really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. 41 minutes into the match, Penn Wynne AFC's Myles Castle sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dale King narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Ricardo Dennison managed to get in a good position for a shot. Penn Wynne AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ricardo Dennison was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dale King breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Myles Castle made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Penn Wynne AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Cary Begay came free, but Wes Best reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 53 played minutes West Milford got a freekick which was hit by Earl Harvey. In the 55th minute, Earl Harvey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Patrick Waters sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ricardo Dennison's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dale King read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. Ricardo Dennison received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Dale King tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ricardo Dennison in the 75th minute of play forced West Milford's goalkeeper Dale King to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dale King stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Myles Castle's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. Dale King made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricardo Dennison in the 80th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stacey Rose in the 86th minute of play forced West Milford's goalkeeper Dale King to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Leland Dougherty fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored West Milford's protests and gave Leland Dougherty a yellow card for diving instead. After 89 played minutes West Milford got a freekick which was hit by Leland Dougherty. After a defensive mix-up in Penn Wynne AFC's zone, Patrick Waters stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wes Best came out of the goal and Patrick Waters tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Patrick Waters got free with Wes Best in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Penn Wynne AFC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of West Milford for a fine match.
