Spectators: 6709 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1709, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Alistair Sullivan made the kick off which started today's match. If Walter McClelland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpected shot in the 22nd minute by Osvaldo Darling got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 28th minute, Osvaldo Darling got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 31st minute of the game. One of Wrightsboro:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Boaz:s goal. Ollie Guidry shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. In the 41st minute, Luciano Enriquez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Walter McClelland received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Stevie Eckert tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Walter McClelland made a kick off. Osvaldo Darling blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Stevie Eckert having to make a save. When Walter McClelland got free in front of the goal in the 56th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Stevie Eckert was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. The supporters of Boaz booed when Wrightsboro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rory Whitt didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Wrightsboro's zone, Sherwood Tabor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sidney Albert came out of the goal and Sherwood Tabor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 77th minute, Alistair Sullivan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rory Whitt hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Sidney Albert acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 80th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Ollie Guidry. In the 88th minute, Wrightsboro's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Alistair Sullivan fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Osvaldo Darling in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Stevie Eckert prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Wrightsboro were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Boaz for a fine match.
