The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Trinidad Gann could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Korey Thorpe made a huge save. Korey Thorpe was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Geraldo Hurd showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 15 minute of play. Chicago Bulls's Korey Thorpe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Chicago Bulls from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Chicago Bulls's Kraig Dent got a free kick in the 19th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Riley Keene got free with Korey Thorpe in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Geraldo Hurd took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Korey Thorpe to make any attempt to save it. In the 25th minute, Kennett Square's Geraldo Hurd ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Korey Thorpe. Korey Thorpe yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. Korey Thorpe came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Kennett Square's Geraldo Hurd. But to his dismay, Geraldo Hurd quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Riley Keene got free with Korey Thorpe in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Riley Keene received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Korey Thorpe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 47 minutes into the match, Chicago Bulls's goal looked a bit too open when Van Piper came free, but Korey Thorpe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 48th minute, Kennett Square's Trinidad Gann dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 7-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 7-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jeffrey Watkins was the one to do the kick off. Grant Gomez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Renato Zavala in the 54th minute. Korey Thorpe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geraldo Hurd in the 56th minute of the match. Van Piper took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Korey Thorpe. Korey Thorpe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 65th minute of the game. One of Chicago Bulls:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Kennett Square:s goal. The referee gave Kennett Square a penalty, 67 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Fred Burr, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Chicago Bulls's Korey Thorpe. 9-0. Korey Thorpe didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Trinidad Gann went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 10-0 was the resulting score. Chicago Bulls's Korey Thorpe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Van Piper in the 75th minute of play. Korey Thorpe made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 12-0. Kennett Square walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
