Spectators: 6000 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Marlin Cornett took the kick off in the first half of the match. 3 minutes into the match, Chesterfield FC's Trey Echols sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Edward Delong narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Edward Delong took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marlin Cornett, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. James Eckert kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. After having played for 11 minutes, Ollie Tomlinson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Crowley FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ollie Tomlinson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Crowley FC's Douglas Clements in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chesterfield FC's goalie prevented a goal. When Douglas Clements got free in front of the goal in the 14th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Rickey Cunningham was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. With his leg Edward Delong managed to avoid a goal in the 18thth minute, when Chesterfield FC's Marlin Cornett fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Rickey Cunningham made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Douglas Clements in the 19th minute of play. Rickey Cunningham showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ollie Tomlinson, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Chesterfield FC's Rickey Cunningham played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sung Baxter in the 31st minute of play. Edward Delong showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marlin Cornett in the 34th minute of the match. In the 44th minute, Freddie Hampton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Douglas Clements was the one to do the kick off. When Chesterfield FC's Marlin Cornett in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Crowley FC's goalie prevented a goal. 55 minutes into the game, Chesterfield FC's Marlin Cornett nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edward Delong made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Edward Delong took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marlin Cornett, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marlin Cornett in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edward Delong saved Crowley FC from getting behind. Rickey Cunningham was a little too slow when Douglas Clements got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 68th minute. The score was now 2-1. Freddie Hampton took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 72nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rickey Cunningham. Chesterfield FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 74 minutes into the match, Chesterfield FC's goal looked a bit too open when Douglas Clements came free, but Rickey Cunningham reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marlin Cornett received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Edward Delong tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marlin Cornett fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edward Delong having to interfere. A collision led to Crowley FC getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Brad Tilley hit a great ball. The Chesterfield FC fans' excitement grew in the 89th match minute when Chesterfield FC's Marlin Cornett looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.
