Spectators: 6695 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1695, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Aidan Forrest got the match started through his kick off. 6 minutes into the match, Chickasaw's Rene Tipton sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sergio Jacobs narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Aidan Forrest received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Joey James tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Chickasaw defense, Asher Keyes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Joey James. The Chickasaw fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joey James should have stopped the shot. Asher Keyes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Chickasaw getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Kraig Day hit a great ball. 21 minutes into the match, Asher Keyes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Joey James. Chickasaw's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Asher Keyes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Tad Garner charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tad Garner the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 25 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Colonial! Jose Jewell shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. In the 28th match minute, Colonial was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dalton Ponce to maneuver through the defense. When Rene Tipton came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Chickasaw fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rene Tipton couldn't finish the play. 34 minutes into the match, Chickasaw's Kraig Shirley sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sergio Jacobs narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 36th minute of the match Chickasaw got a corner. Colonial's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jose Jewell ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Rene Tipton almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Colonial's Sergio Jacobs did a great save. Joey James made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aidan Forrest in the 39th minute of play. 42 minutes had been played when some careless play by Chickasaw's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Warner Hong was slow to take the kick. During this time Colonial's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Colonial's corner Warner Hong fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Joey James quite easily take care of the ball. In the 47th minute, Asher Keyes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kraig Shirley to strike the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes Colonial got a freekick which was hit by Tad Garner. Kraig Shirley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sergio Jacobs having to interfere. In the 54th minute, Dalton Ponce hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sergio Jacobs stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rene Tipton's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. Asher Keyes didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 0-3 via right post in the game's 57th minute. Colonial's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! In the 61st minute Aidan Forrest shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joey James saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Colonial's Sergio Jacobs played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rene Tipton in the 81st minute of play. Asher Keyes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joey James read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. 87 minutes into the game, Jose Jewell was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chickasaw's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Colonial the free kick. In the 88th minute, Jose Jewell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kraig Shirley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sergio Jacobs having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexis Welch in the 95th minute of play forced Chickasaw's goalkeeper Joey James to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joey James showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aidan Forrest, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. Colonial's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
