Stonewood AFC's Quincy Mason got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 13 minutes into the match, Stonewood AFC's goalkeeper Stacey Shipp had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wyatt Feldman. In the 16th minute, Quinn Wright got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wiley Plummer in the 20th minute of play forced Stonewood AFC's goalkeeper Stacey Shipp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wilfred Clancy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Stacey Shipp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wiley Plummer, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Quinn Wright in the 26th minute of play forced Stonewood AFC's goalkeeper Stacey Shipp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Stonewood AFC's Jerold Gregory got a free kick in the 31st minute. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Donny Vance made the kick off in the second half. Stacey Shipp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Osvaldo Gillis, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Stonewood AFC's zone, Wiley Plummer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stacey Shipp came out of the goal and Wiley Plummer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 56 minutes into the match, Wiley Plummer had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Stacey Shipp. Stonewood AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wiley Plummer was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilfred Clancy in the 59th minute of play forced Stonewood AFC's goalkeeper Stacey Shipp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stacey Shipp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osvaldo Gillis in the 61st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Stonewood AFC's zone, Osvaldo Gillis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stacey Shipp came out of the goal and Osvaldo Gillis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Stacey Shipp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wiley Plummer in the 64th minute of play. Osvaldo Gillis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stacey Shipp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wiley Plummer in the 70th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wiley Plummer in the 71st minute of play forced Stonewood AFC's goalkeeper Stacey Shipp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 77 played minutes Stonewood AFC got a freekick which was hit by Mario Watt. Stacey Shipp came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Eldon FC's Quinn Wright. But to his dismay, Quinn Wright quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Stacey Shipp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wiley Plummer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Donny Vance kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. After 85 played minutes, Eldon FC's Thaddeus Eason shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Stacey Shipp came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Eldon FC reached it. Alex Carpenter made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Frank Trevino sent off a good shot on target. Stonewood AFC's Stacey Shipp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilfred Clancy in the 89th minute of play. 93 minutes into the game, Eldon FC's Quinn Wright nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Stacey Shipp made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. 96 minutes into the match, Stonewood AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Osvaldo Gillis came free, but Stacey Shipp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Eldon FC had won after a very even match.
