Mystic Otter Island's Xavier Marshall played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristopher Hawkins in the 11th minute of play. In the 12th match minute, Mystic Otter Island was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leo McManus to maneuver through the defense. In the 15th minute, Reinaldo Goldman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 20th minute, Cristopher Hawkins left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ktinodia FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. A collision led to Ktinodia FC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Ali Moyer hit a great ball. 27 minutes into the match, Mystic Otter Island's goal looked a bit too open when Dylan Nelson came free, but Xavier Marshall reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dylan Nelson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Xavier Marshall tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ktinodia FC's Bruce Lentz got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 40 minutes, Dylan Nelson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ktinodia FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dylan Nelson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 46th match minute, Mystic Otter Island was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reinaldo Goldman to maneuver through the defense. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

If Cristopher Hawkins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Ktinodia FC's Cristopher Hawkins in the 60th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Xavier Marshall was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Mystic Otter Island through an amazing save. 63 minutes into the game, Dylan Nelson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Xavier Marshall was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Cristopher Hawkins blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Xavier Marshall having to make a save. Ktinodia FC's Dylan Nelson got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dylan Nelson hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Dylan Nelson who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 79thth minute tested the skills of Xavier Marshall when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Dwight Slaughter's late challenge caught a Ktinodia FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dwight Slaughter helped the player get up and apologised. Dwight Slaughter kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Xavier Marshall was out of position in the 89 minute of play, and Cristopher Hawkins capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Cristopher Hawkins really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. After having played for 94 minutes, Dylan Nelson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ktinodia FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dylan Nelson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Cristopher Hawkins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ktinodia FC played a much better game than Mystic Otter Island and deserved their victory. The Mystic Otter Island players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
