Wilbert Salinas hit a great ball. If Moses Zeigler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee ignored Hendersonville FC's protests and gave Brice Loomis a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of The Mighty Midgets booed when Hendersonville FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brice Loomis didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.
