When Wolverine Lake's Dallas Mayo in the 49th minute got a chance for a shot 49th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Liverpool's goalie prevented a goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Silas Tracy to strike the kick off in the second half. Liverpool's Erik Connors played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dallas Mayo in the 57th minute of play. After having played for 61 minutes, Silas Tracy managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. In the 89th minute of the match Dalton Vick shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Erik Connors showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Liverpool's Erik Connors played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Davis Wagner in the 98th minute of play. Liverpool's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
